Veal Parmigiana
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
2 cups (500ml) pasta (bottled sieved tomatoes)
¼ cup red wine
salt and pepper
4 Exotic Cuisines Veal schnitzels
8 thin slices of mozzarella
METHOD
Heat half of the oil in large saucepan and cook onion and garlic until slightly softened.
Add pasta, red wine and salt and pepper and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
Heat the remaining olive oil in skillet and fry the Exotic Cuisines Veal schnitzels for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Lay your Exotic Cuisines Veal Schnitzels on a baking tray and lightly cover with sauce.
Cover with the mozzarella and grill for 5-10 minutes or until mozzarella has melted and veal is cooked through.
Serve with either a fresh Salad or on a bed of Pasta.
